Magnesium alloy is an ideal sacrificial anode material with negative anode potential and high electric quantity per unit mass. It is suitable for cathodic protection of metal structures in soil, fresh water and seawater.
Magnesium alloy sacrifice anodes are produced according to the national standard GB/T17731-2004 "Magnesium alloy Sacrifice Anodes", and the anodes used for pipelines are also in line with SY/T0019-97 "Design Code for Cathodic Protection of Sacrifice Anodes for Buried Steel Pipelines".
Application: Mainly used for oil and gas transmission in underground and fresh water, water supply and drainage pipeline, underground cable, chemical industry, communication, harbor, ship, reservoir gate and other engineering anti-corrosion protection. Such as oil and gas pipeline, storage tank, hot water exchanger, condenser and so on. We can produce high potential and low potential magnesium anode, our products are produced with high quality raw materials, in line with national standards, and strive to achieve international leading product quality, the best in China.
Specification: 2 kg, 4 kg, 8 kg, 11 kg, 14 kg, 22 kg
Note: The shape of magnesium alloy sacrific anode rod is divided into hexagon type and round type, the composition is Mg, Mg-Mn, Mg-Al-Zn three optional.

Magnesium strip anode
Standard: GB/T17731-1999
Application: It is mainly used for high resistivity environment, protection of pipe in casing, temporary cathodic protection of pipeline, protection of storage tank and pipe network, and ground grid to prevent strong electrical interference. 9.5 x 19 mm
High potential magnesium anode is made of high quality and high purity magnesium, and the product complies with ASTM97-98 standard. Using a specific process, the anode has excellent electrochemical performance. In the process of cathodic protection, the anode consumes evenly, so it has longer service life. In actual use, the actual measured working potential ranges from -1.8V to -1.85V, thus providing the most effective protection for the target structure.
A high potential magnesium anode is recommended for soils with a resistivity greater than 8000ohm.cm.
